A philosopher, Germanist, and political scientist, he studies the history of international relations, foreign and European policy, and Polish-German relations. He is a co-founder of "Teologia Polityczna" (Political Theology), a lecturer at Collegium Civitas, and a former advisor to President Lech Kaczyński.
